The City of Campbellsville is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Parks Worker.

Primary duties will include but are not limited to: Performs tasks related to sports field maintenance. Performs services and repairs as needed to maintain park facilities. Provides manual labor functions as directed. Use a zero turn mower to mow park and city owned property. Operates/maintains equipment and machinery used in sports field and park facilities maintenance. Receives and completes various forms, work orders, reports and other documents. Performs janitorial and custodial maintenance of recreational facilities grounds and buildings: to include restroom maintenance and trash disposal. Prepares set up for a variety of events.

Applicants must have a valid Kentucky Driver’s License and a High School Diploma/GED are required. Please contact City Hall at 270-465-7011. Applications may be picked up at 110 S. Parks Department

The City Parks department encompasses 3 community parks totaling 200 acres. The department strives to provide safe and enjoyable leisure opportunities to its citizens through dedicated staffing and quality management. The department is responsible for playground equipment, public restrooms facilities and cleanliness of facilities for youth sports. Miller Park is home to the picnic areas, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, cornhole boards, little league baseball fields, Par three golf course, girls softball fields, playgrounds, pickleball courts, and walking tracks.
