Campbellsville Water will be transitioning to a new billing system to improve service for our customers. To make this happen, the office will be temporarily closed, and a few services will be unavailable during the transition. Here’s the breakdown:

Online, IVR & Text-to-Pay These payment options will be unavailable from August 28 at 12:00 PM through September 8.
New Services, Transfers & Taps Requests for new services, transfers, or taps will not be available after August 31 at 3:00 PM.
